Mar 08, 2022
The Tunisian government has approved several solar projects with a combined capacity of 500 MW and a total investment of 1.2 billion Tanzanian dinars (407.9 million/€374.9 million).
In 2019, the projects were awarded to a consortium of Norwegian renewable energy producer Scatec ASA, France's Engie and Moroccan energy company Nareva, as well as AMEA power LLC and TBEA Xinjiang New Energy Co., Ltd. part of the country's franchise system.
Vlada je prejšnji teden na svoji spletni strani objavila, da bodo nove sončne elektrarne nameščene v Kairouanu (100 MW), Tataouinu (200 MW), Tozeur (50 MW), provinci Sidi Bouzid (50 MW) in provinci Gafsa (100 MW). . Novi projekt bo Tuniziji pomagal zmanjšati uvoz zemeljskega plina za 6 odstotkov in zmanjšati stroške za 130 milijonov tanzanijskih dinarjev.
The North African country needs to add about 3.8GW of green power capacity to increase its share of renewables to 30 percent by 2030. (1.0 Guilder = 0.339/€0.312)
